FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by June 1. This will help us provide our vendors with a final headcount.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not allowing plus-ones.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Our wedding will be adult only besides immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is everything in the same location?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Vista Lago Ballroom.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony will be outside and our reception will be indoors.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire is semi-formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We are getting married on an August afternoon, so we recommend dresses and suits that are lighter colors, allow for a bit of a breeze and are made of lightweight fabrics like chiffon, charmeuse, linen, jersey, and crepe. Please do not wear white.

Question

Is there parking? Will I have to pay?

Answer

There are 65 spots of free self-parking available for our guests only a couple feet from the entrance, which should be plenty for our guest list. However, we do request you uber or find a designated driver if you plan to be drinking.

Question

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP or contact us directly so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Question

Should I bring a gift to the wedding or send it ahead of time?

Answer

We just bought our first home and are actively buying the essential we need for us to move in! The registry allows you to send a gift directly to our home address, which will be much easier for you and for us than receiving it the day of the wedding. If you are bringing a cash gift, envelopes with a nice message will be dearly appreciated!
