This is a black tie event! We ask that guests wear ALL black. We are hoping that everyone can show up in black for us! Bridal party is wearing black. Tip: Many people will dress formal. Out of respect for the bride, we just ask that you don't wear white, cream, or similar colors.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate for plus ones. We have large families and want to keep the wedding to family and close friends. We also want to respect the max capacity of our venue, and we have reached the max capacity in our guest list. Our coordinator will only be admitting people into the venue whose names are on the guest list. Your invitation will have the name(s) of people able to attend. We thank you for understanding and we hope to see you there!
While we love all the kids in our lives — and your lives, we have decided our wedding will be an adults-only celebration! This will help us stay within our venue's guest capacity, and we hope this advance notice allows time for you to make arrangements.
Before August 2025
Please view travel page, everything is listed there.
We kindly ask that all guests keep their phones put away during the ceremony as we have invested in an amazing photographer to capture our special day! Our coordinator and wedding party will be keeping a close eye on this and will ensure all phones are away the entire time.
We ask that guests donate towards our honeymoon or newlywed funds listed on the website!
We'll miss you! But if you cannot make it, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If you've already RSVP'ed "yes", please let us know that you will not be able to make it so we can adjust our headcount with our venue.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with a breathtaking view. Our reception will be indoors.
This venue is a very nice venue and the expectations must be followed at all times. 1. Smoking is ONLY prohibited in the outdoor area by the bathrooms. 2. At no time should rice, confetti or balloons be used. 3. Guest MUST wear shoes the entire time (yes this includes dancing). So bring a change of shoes if your shoes will be uncomfortable. 4. Guest shall not get drunk on site and have a ride home if they are drinking. 5. There should be no tampering with the environment around. Please only walk on paths that are paved. This venue is approximately 35 acres of beauty and we want to ensure it is preserved.
Unfortunately, there is not an open bar. Beer and wine will be served from cocktail hour until one hour until the end of the ceremony. Please note that this venue is very prestigious. There are no shots of alcohol allowed as well as no alcohol on the rocks. There are NO exceptions. Drinking at this venue is to stay limited. Mixed drinks, beer, and wine are the ONLY allowed form of alcohol. You MAY NOT bring in your own alcohol. Guests who choose to break the venue rules will be escorted out by the venue staff.
Our ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please ensure to be here with plenty of time to find your seat. I would recommend arriving around 3:30pm. Our final dance and grand exit will be at 9:40pm. All guests need to depart and leave the venue by 10pm.
There will be a complimentary golf cart service that will transport guests wherever you need to go within the venue grounds. The parking lot and ceremony are far apart, so please take advantage of this! There is also a complimentary train that you can ride for your enjoyment.
