Lauren was over at Maggie and Josh Hermiston's house, once again complaining about the lovely world of online dating, and Josh suggested she "Go find my buddy Steve on The Tinders." Josh, having been with Maggie since high school was not very familiar with how "The Tinders" worked... But never the less we did find each other and the rest is history! Steve definitely didn't make Josh late to his own surprise party the first time Lauren and Steve met in person.

We had brought the whole Rosenquist clan all the way up to Sugarloaf to show them around. It was a beautiful (But freezing) day on the slopes when we decided to go to Bullwinkles to warm up. Alex suggested Steve and I take a picture with the mountains, and then Steve (in ski boots mind you) got down on one knee! I Said "YES!" and flipped the ring box around so the ring was not lost in the snow. It was perfectly us.
