When is the RSVP deadline and what is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by March 31, 2025 to allow us time to finalize the guest counts for our vendors. Please RSVP here on our wedding website, or text/call Shelby at (931)-374-8002!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so we ask that you arrive and find your seats between 3:35-3:45 PM. There is a short walk from the parking lot at the back of the property to the front of the Cool Springs House where the ceremony will occur.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

All activities will be held outdoors, weather-permitting. Restrooms are located inside the house. Besides use of the restrooms, we have access to the rest of the house if we need to move the party inside in the case of unfavorable weather.

What should I wear?

Answer

The theme of our wedding is "Garden Party" and we would love for our guests to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. Florals, pastels, and spring-y colors are strongly encouraged! Ladies, feel free to wear any length dress (cocktail, tea, mid, or long) or a nice blouse and slacks/skirt. Gents, feel free to wear a suit or dressy clothes (think polo or button-down, dress pants). Please, no t-shirts, jeans or shorts!

Will there be a reception?

Answer

Absolutely! Please join us for dinner and dancing under the tent after the ceremony.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will occur on the front lawn of the Cool Springs House and we have rented a tent which will house the reception outside as well.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are trying to keep our wedding down to our closest family and friends. If you are given a plus one, it will be included on your wedding invitation!

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We will have a few small children attending our wedding, but most are in the wedding party. Unless specified on your invitation, please treat this evening as a parents' night out!
