What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm CT, so please arrive in enough time to get settled in your seat! You may start arriving up to an hour before the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The venue has a dress code that we have to follow. It is semi-formal (no jeans and collard shirts).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know ASAP by calling or texting 256-349-4016.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! They will both be held at Turtle Point Yacht & Country Club.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hours will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors. If the weather becomes bad, we will move everything indoors.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
