Our guests can arrive as early as 4:30pm. Please make sure you give yourself time to park and get situated prior to the ceremony. Please note, the doors will be closed at 5:30pm on the dot, since that is when the bride will be walking down the aisle. Doors will not be opened until after the ceremony has concluded to avoid interruptions.
There will be a parking attendant guiding all guests arriving where to park on the side of the venue.
We will be serving dinner, family style, and the protein options include chicken and beef short ribs with accompanying sides.
We will have an open bar starting during our cocktail hour at 6pm all the way through 10:30pm.
Simply and kindly put, no. Please do not arrive with any guests that are not listed in our guest list. This is a reservation only type of wedding and each table and seat is accounted for.
We are asking all our guests to come dressed in ALL BLACK formal attire. Who doesn’t love how sliming and flattering this color is!
Ladies, the recommendations are to wear block heels or wedges, due to the fact the ground is mainly mulch and small rocks throughout the venue. We wouldn’t want you getting stuck or struggling to walk around the property. Men are not to worry.
We love your children but we cannot accommodate kids other than those participating in the wedding. We highly recommend you arrange babysitting services and enjoy a night out without the kiddos! Thank you for understanding.
This venue is half in and half out. The ceremony and dinner service will be located outdoors and the dance floor is located indoors.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we can ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we are kindly requesting you contribute towards our Honeymoon fund (found here on our website under the “Registry” option) or if you prefer Cash gifts, there will be a table with a card box at our reception. We appreciate any and all contributions to help make our dream Honeymoon a reality!
