It all started in November 2010—two young kids in their first year of college, some mutual friends, and a chance encounter that neither of us could’ve scripted better (even if we tried). Our first “official” date was at the Santa Cruz Boardwalk—low-key, full of laughter, and slightly sandy. From the start, things just felt easy. Effortless. Like home. Somewhere between surviving finals, late-night fast food runs, and figuring out who we were, we also figured out that we just... worked. We both knew we were each other's "the one" when we could be fully ourselves around each other—no pretending, no hiding, just safe, seen, and genuinely loved (even on our messiest days). Since then, we’ve grown together through moves, career changes, difficult life challenges and a handful of questionable hotel choices. We tested our resilience by living in Oregon for four years—where it rained a lot—and eventually made our way back to the Bay Area to keep building the life we always envisioned. We’ve collected memories in Disneyland, Vegas, Tahoe, and now on international adventures that get checked off our travel bucket list. Most recently, we’ve taken on the chaotic joy of becoming fur parents to two rescue pups: Jessie, a sassy and cuddly 4-year-old and Mollie, a wildly energetic 8-month-old who’s convinced we live in their world. (Let's face it, we do!) After nearly 14 years of love, having fun, and growth, we are FINALLY tying the knot!
