Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive no later than 4:00-4:15 PM to allow time to park and find a seat, and enjoy a pre ceremony drink. There is plenty of parking at the venue.
Since many of our guests are local, we will not be providing transportation to and from the hotels. Ubers and taxis are very limited / often non-existent, so please plan ahead and arrange a safe ride if you’ll be drinking. We appreciate your understanding! The venue provides ample on-site parking located directly at the entrance for your convenience.
Due to limited capacity, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. Your invitation will indicate if a +1 has been included. Thank you for helping us keep our celebration intimate and meaningful. Babies are of course welcome! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Cody.
Due to limited venue capacity, we have to limit the number of kids invited, your invitation will note if children are included in your guest head count. Thanks for understanding! If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to Cody to confirm.
We’ve hired professional photographers/videographers to beautifully capture the ceremony. We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away and be fully present with us in the moment during the ceremony. It will be an unplugged ceremony, and your presence means more to us than any photo. We can’t wait to share the professional images with you afterward. After the ceremony, of course please take lots of photos!
If you were to ask us for attire ideas, we’d suggest something along the lines of elevated Western or garden party chic — think light colors, soft florals, linen, summer suits, or boots if that’s your vibe. June in Orland typically brings warm daytime temps in the 80s–90s °F and lows in the low 60s. We recommend dressing in breathable fabrics and bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening. There’s no formal dress code — we just hope you feel great in whatever you choose!
