Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. Please arrive early enough to find a seat and get settled.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. We have hired a fabulous photographer and will be happy to share those photos. As for the reception, feel free to take any pictures you would like and send them to us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire is requested. As long as the weather corporates, the ceremony will be outside. There is a little section of grass to walk through to get to the ceremony site. You may want to shy away from stilettos.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot. Overnight parking is also allowed for those that take full advantage of the open bar.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Drury Inn & Suites. There are a number of other hotels in the same area on 28th Street in Grand Rapids that would be a quick drive to the venue.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

We will be creating a Lyft event. It will allow guests to use a set amount of money towards rides between the venue and Drury Inn. Guests will need a Lyft account and will have to arrange their own rides. We will add the event code to the website closer to the wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
