I met Melissa in St.louis while we were working at St.Mary’s Hospital. Melissa wasn’t the most liked girly on the night shift with some of the staff. If I recall correctly she worked a day shift and we started talking about the night shift staff and her problems. Somewhere we became friends, really close I look at her like a little sister. Because she truly gets on my NERVES as a little sister does. We started taking trips together in and out of the country. She also lived with me for a second before moving to Houston. I just met Rudy recently only heard the back story about him from Melissa. Recently meeting him on the weekend of her soft opening of her Spa Melure. Like they say the rest is History............

I'm glad to see how far we all have come from meeting at BJC to forming a bond outside of those walls because that's rare. My name is Rodney. I met Rudy around 2006 when we both were transporters at Barnes Jewish Hospital. After meeting, we immediately became good friends. One thing I can say is if you need help or guidance, Rudy is always there. He's there if you need a good laugh or if you need an ear to vent. We've had our time we're we let the devil try to damage us but all it did was make us better friends. Some of the most enjoyable times of my life was hanging with Rudy. Rudy is truly a very good and loyal friend. Let fix that; a very good and loyal brother. I'm very honored to be apart of Rudy and Missy's wedding and that I was selected to be one of his Groomsman. So I decided to go back to school and get my Esthetician license where I met Mel. OMG this woman here is God sent. We clicked instantly and cried together on our very first day of class because we both had an emotional moment about quitting our FT jobs and going back to school. I must say that was one of our greatest decisions ever. I call Mel my SANITY because she knows I can overthink just about anything so she has this way of bringing me back and I thank her for that.
