Jordan & Lexie were first introduced through a mutual friend at a 4th of July party in 2019. After the first meet we both knew we had a strong connection and spent that weekend together going on walks, dinner and swimming at pewaukee lake. After a few weeks of going on different adventures together we knew that we wanted to make our relationship official, while Jordan had a plan to ask me to be his girlfriend, I was too excited and asked him on July 19th after work.
After dating for a few months we decided that for Jordan’s 27th birthday we decided to take a road trip to Charleston, South Carolina. This trip started with Jordan showing me his favorite place to becoming our favorite city filled with beautiful memories. One of my favorite memories is when we finally arrived in Charleston, after arriving at the AirBnb we decided that our first visit had to be the beach so I could see it for the first time. Since it was the middle of February we had the best view even with the chilling wind blowing on our faces, we didn’t let the cold stop us from having fun from chasing seagulls, searching and finding lots of seashells and even a washed up jellyfish. After we found all the seashells we could hold we decided to go drop our treasure at the house and go get some lunch to warm up, this was one of many restaurants of Jordan’s favorites that we would try. For Jordan’s birthday we went to his absolute favorite restaurants, Hall’s Chophouse a high end steak house, we had the best meal from the lobster Mac n cheese, bacon wrapped asparagus and the steak that melted in your mouth, because it was Jordan’s birthday we splurged and he got the Tomahawk steak - that he devoured and was even congratulated by the manager for how fast he ate the whole thing. From all the wonderful food we had we also made incredible memories at the Charleston aquarium, visiting an old navy ship, visiting the most beautiful nature preserve I’ve seen and many more memories from driving through all the different states on the trip.
