FAQs

Question

Am I invited to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

EVERYONE is invited to the rehearsal dinner. We are doing a grill out with drinks on the lawn and games it will be a very laid-back event. Please RSVP to it if you have not already, we need a final count of who will be coming in on Friday.

Question

Do I have to be a part of anything friday night?

Answer

Of course not! If you want time to get settled and relax before the wedding on Saturday that is completely okay. We wanted Friday as more of a laid back day to be able to have the time to say hi to everyone and talk in a more laid back setting.

Question

What is the rehearsal dinner attire?

Answer

Attire for the rehearsal dinner is ranch themed. So, cowboy boots, jeans, hats, skirts, all okay. It is laid back since we will be grilling burgers and hanging out playing games in the lawn. I have attached a Pinterest board for some inspiration on styles and don't hesitate to reach out and ask me questions. https://pin.it/70UA0pBAr

Question

What is the schedule like if I am staying on the property?

Answer

Check in for the cabin is at 3 PM on Friday. We want everyone to have time to check-in, get settled and grab some food if they need it. We will begin welcome drinks outside at 5 PM giving everyone a chance to grab a drink and then head back to their cabins to change before the rehearsal dinner at 6:30 PM. Breakfast the next morning will begin at 8 AM. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy a hike, swim in the pool, or even drive to Estes park. The pre wedding cocktail party will begin at 3 with lawn games and drinks. The ceremony will begin at 4:30. Check out the next morning is at 10 AM unfortunately.

Question

Are there Ubers if I do not have a car?

Answer

Yes! Ubers are still accessible out there and there should be plenty help get you to a hotel if you are not staying on the property.

Question

How can I get to the wedding venue without renting a car?

Answer

If you do not want to spend the extra money to rent a car there are plenty of shuttles that will take you from DIA to Loveland. From there you can get an uber to the wedding venue. I believe the shuttle tickets are about $30. We will also have friends that will be picking people up in Loveland and taking them to the wedding venue if you'd like that option as well!
