After many chances of potentially meeting each other - growing up in towns next door in New Jersey and both attending Penn State University - we met each other in April 2016 through mutual friends while living in NYC! There was an absolute immediate pull towards each other, and we went on our first official date a few days later! After three months of galavanting around NYC together, Samantha moved to Melbourne, Australia for work for a few months. A week into Samantha living in Melbourne, Greg booked his flight to come visit her and they traveled all over Australia and New Zealand together. We went back to NYC and enjoyed time getting to know each other's family and friends over the next year. In July 2017, we found ourselves back on a plane to Australia, but this time to move there together! We spent the next two years working in Sydney, living on Bondi Beach and traveling all around! Our love, friendship and shared interests grew above and beyond what we could have ever imagined! We are not sure of what the future is going to bring us, but what we do know is that we love each other very much!

While we were living in Bondi Beach, Australia, we would often try to get up for morning sunrises to embrace all of the beauty there was to experience right in our backyard. On May 25, 2019, Greg asked Samantha to go on a morning sunrise walk over to the North Bondi rocks. Greg popped the question on one knee and Samantha so elated and surprised - responded YES! We spent the hours basking in the sun & enjoying champagne secretly stashed by Greg. Afterwards, we grabbed a delicious brekkie and celebrated with close friends at our apartment. It was the most us day possible and the perfect way to commemorate our relationship and time living in Australia. We have been celebrating ever since!
