Why did your venue change?

Answer

As if wedding planning isn't stressful enough, South Congress Hotel decided to throw us a HUGE curve ball and close for renovations starting May 31st, 2026. We found out on March 31st (just 74 days before our big day!), and our survival instincts kicked in immediately, determined to keep June 13th as our special day. Thankfully, the stars aligned, and we now are celebrating our wedding at The Inn at Green Pastures, which is a beautiful property in the heart of Austin. We can't wait to celebrate with you there! Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma, Target, and through our wedding website, Zola. Scroll on over to the "Registry" page for the specific links.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! Cocktail formal attire is requested—suits, dresses, or jumpsuits are perfect. No jeans, please.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. If your invitation includes a guest, they’re absolutely welcome! Otherwise, we’re keeping things intimate and kindly ask that you come solo.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give parents a well-deserved night off, the cocktail hour and reception are adults-only. However, kids are welcome to join us for the Mass at St. Austin's!

Please RSVP by May 13th, 2026.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so please plan to arrange your own ride to and from the ceremony.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at St. Austin's Catholic Church by 1:30pm on Saturday, June 13th.
