Arrival at Whitefish Falls
8:30 am - 4:30 pm
1049 South River Road, Whitefish Falls, ON P0P 2H0, Canada
Arrive at Hilly Acres Camp & Trailer Park in Whitefish Falls, Ontario, where you'll be greeted and picked up by boat for a 10-15 minute ride to your Bay of Islands cabin. Unpack, explore, and relax. More details will follow on the boat taxi pickups!
Welcome Dinner at Ruby Island
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
On the evening of your arrival, we'll have a welcome dinner at the Bjornsons' cabin. You’ll be boated to Ruby Island (just under 5 minutes for most guests) to enjoy dinner with other wedding travelers, then return to your cabins.

Enjoy the Bay!
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
On Friday, you will have a chance to explore the Bay of Islands. Breakfast will be taken care of for you at your host cabin and you can enjoy some free time activities, including the beach cookout. You can also opt to make Friday a virtual workday if you’d like. Please let us know in advance so that we can make sure your island has reliable high-speed internet.
Beach Cookout
11:30 am - 2:30 pm
Optional activity: join us for some swimming and a beach cookout at Celesta's family's place, Top of the Rock Island! There is a water trampoline, paddleboat, and other fun water toys. (We are asking for an RSVP on this to get a general idea for food, but your answer doesn't have to be final.)
Rehersal Dinner at Top of the Rock Island
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
After returning from your Friday activities, you’ll be boated to Celesta’s family’s island, where another dinner and celebration will ensue, and be returned by boat to your cabins.
Saturday, July 12, 2025
Relax/Explore
7:00 am - 2:30 pm
Again, breakfast will be taken care of at your host's island, and you can sleep in, relax, or plan a shorter activity for the day.
Wedding and Reception
3:30 pm - 9:00 pm
The wedding will be back at Ruby Island from 4-9pm. You’ll be boated over from your cabin sometime around 3:30, then returned by boat to your cabins when you’re ready (or forced!) to leave the party. Please answer all the questions when you RSVP to help us prepare.

Sendoff Brunch
7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Based on your departure logistics, you’ll pack up and be boated to Ruby Island for a casual, come-and-go breakfast. Afterward, you’ll be returned to your car on the mainland. If you need an earlier start, feel free to skip breakfast and be taken directly to the marina. Please plan for extra time on Sunday if you're heading toward Toronto, as traffic can be heavy.
