Food
We will be providing a three course meal at our wedding breakfast. You are able to dine from either the standard or vegetarian menu. In your RSVP, please select which menu you wish to dine from. Please also let us know of any dietary requirements and the chefs will cater your chosen menu accordingly. Please find below the two menus you can dine from on the day:
Standard:
Starter - Five spice confit duck spring roll, sour cherry compote, asian salad, toasted sesame, duck crackling
Main - Hogs Back ale beef short rib, pommes chateau, seasonal vegetables
Vegetarian:
Starter - Burratini, with grilled stone fruits, hogback honey, smoked almonds, grated summer truffle, and sorrel
Main - Tomato, red onion and halloumi filo tart with saute lyonnaise potatoes, pickled walnuts, apple, celery & turnip salad and a Cabernet Sauvignon vinaigrette
