We will have a shuttle available for guests staying at the Fairfield and Holiday Inn hotels. The shuttle will take guests to the ceremony and return them after the reception. If you are not staying at these hotels, you are welcome to meet there to catch the shuttle. Otherwise, parking will be available at Whistling Straits. Shuttle timing will be shared one month prior to the wedding.
Summer Formal — think light, breathable fabrics and polished styles suited for warm weather. For women, this could include midi or floor-length dresses. For men, a suit or dress shirt with slacks is appropriate—jackets and ties are encouraged but not required. If you’d like inspiration, our colors are garden olive green & mulberry!
To help everyone relax and enjoy a fun, adults-only evening, our wedding will be kid-free. We love your little ones, but we hope this gives you a chance to celebrate with us and enjoy a night out!
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before the ceremony so you can get parked, seated, and settled before we begin.
If your invitation includes “and guest,” then absolutely! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can stay within our venue spacing.
Our venue is an indoor/outdoor space that is partially covered, so please plan accordingly for the weather.
