Please RSVP and submit your room deposits by October 20th 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Our wedding will be at the beautiful Villa la Joya, just a short drive from Playa del Carmen. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort. The room block is available from April 13–20, so if you’d like to stay a little longer and make it a vacation, feel free! There’s a 3-night minimum, but we suggest booking at least April 16–19 to be part of all the wedding fun. You can easily book your stay through our travel site (or hit the Hotel Booking Tab on this website) for the best rates: https://traveljoy.com/bookings/W9jf6Q3SZx1t1kSDuwXR2vpC
Yes! We’ll be providing round-trip transportation on the wedding day between Secrets Moxché and Villa la Joya, so you won’t need to worry about a thing.
Ideally, arrive by April 16th before 6pm to join us for the Welcome Cocktail Hour and get settled before the wedding day on April 17th.
The nearest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), about 45 minutes from the resort. We recommend booking round-trip airport transportation in advance (either through our website or another reputable service). Pre-arranging your ride is the safest option, as there can be scams when booking a taxi directly at the airport. We’ll be celebrating with lots of dancing, so dress to feel festive and comfortable! Think breezy and chic—flowy dresses, jumpsuits, linen shirts, and dressy sandals are all great. No need for suits or high heels—just bring your best dance moves and good vibes!
Expect warm and sunny days with temperatures around 75–90°F (24–32°C). It’s the perfect time to visit, so don’t forget to pack sunscreen, light clothes, and your swimwear!
Yes, if you’re coming from the U.S., you’ll need a valid passport. Make sure it’s up to date and will be valid for at least six months after your return date.
The local currency is the Mexican Peso (MXN), but U.S. dollars are widely accepted at the resort and nearby spots.
