Please avoid booking anything for now. We are planning to assist guests by booking group shuttles based on arrival fights to cut costs. Within the next month we will send out an email to organize shuttles.
If you plan to book a room at El Dorado we suggest booking as soon as you can as the rooms are first come first serve for the room blocks. After the blocks are sold out the hotel will honor the discounted cost but it will be subject to availability. If you plan to book another hotel, please update us on which you are planning to book so we can organize transportation.
As long as you are 18+, yes! There is an event pass of $150 you will need to pay to enter the resort as a non guest.
Welcome Party: Tropical Cocktail Wedding: Black Tie Optional / Resort Formal *Please note the wedding is held on a beach so there will be some contact with walking on the sand during ceremony & cocktail hour. Dinner & Reception will be fully floored.* Colors, textures and style! Bring your all to your outfits, nothing is considered too extra. We purposefully left this day open for guests to arrive & enjoy the resort. We will be around having fun to please join us! We will send out an email regarding excursions hosted by the hotel if you would like to participate.
