Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We would like to ask all guests to RSVP by August 24th, 2024.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. The dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear formal dresses, and gentlemen can wear a suit & tie. No jeans, please!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited spaces, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I bring extra people to your wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, this is a private party; only those listed on your invitation can join our special night!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a 'night out' for yourselves!

Question

What if I can't make it?

Answer

Your presence will truly be missed. Please RSVP "Will Not Attend." If you have already RSVP'd attending but cannot make it, please let David (224) 659-8393 or Ruby (847) 401-4422 know ASAP. If there is any "non-response" by August 24th, we will automatically assume you will not be attending. Thanks for understanding.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

There is plenty of street parking and a parking garage across the street for no fees. The closest parking lot & garage are both located on the corner of Symphony Way & Douglas Ave (Across the street from the Elgin Police Department.)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 5:30 pm. We want to ask all guests to arrive when the doors start to open at 5 pm. Cocktail hour and dinner to follow!

For all the days along the way
