Answer

YES! Other hotel options within 5 minutes of the venue include: Windgate hotel and La Quinta.

I am having trouble booking at EVEN hotel with the given code, what should I do?

Answer

If you are having trouble booking with the room code, please give Serena a call or simply send her a text message. The venue only allows us to up our room blocks by five rooms at a time. Sometimes, these fill up extremely fast.

Do I need to bring money for the bar?

Answer

NO! The wedding is completely open bar. The bar includes vodka, gin, bourbon, whisky, and tequila. Beer, seltzers, and wine will also be offered, with wine/champagne served at dinner.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is a tab on this website that you click on to RSVP. You enter your name, your plus one if given one, and the names of your children that you are bringing. Please include the ages of your children, as this will determine their meal served at dinner. If you are not tech-savvy or are having a difficult time, feel free to text Serena

Question

I am vegan/vegetarian or have a severe food allergy to one of the foods being served.

Answer

If this is the case, NO WORRIES! Please let Serena know so that she can coordinate with the chef. At the reception, you will receive a card to give to banquet staff, to ensure you receive an alternate meal option.
