We met back a few years ago when we were just teenagers through mutual friends. We met again summer of 2008. After many attempts of taking me out on a date, I finally accepted and I fell in love with how funny and caring he is and started dating October 29, 2008. We began our blended family, our Jenna and Luciano became the best of friends from the beginning. We welcomed our first daughter together in 2010 and welcomed our son in 2017. We have grown so much together over the years, from crazy teenagers in love, fast foward 10+ years later with our big and blessed family. It is true what they stay that true love conquers anything. I can't imagine spending my life with anybody else. We are planning on tieing the knot September 28, 2019 and we hope to share our special day with our family and friends.

Ruben popped the question February 14, 2016 and it was a total surprise! He told me to dress up because we were going on a date at the Chart House in Georgetown waterfront. We were enjoying our cocktails when he excused himself and went to the bathroom. I was sitting there enjoying my mojito when he comes back, calls my name and bends down on one knee with a little black box in hand. I was super shocked and SPEECHLESS! I couldn't believe what was happening. I just kept looking at him and then the box and then back at him and everyone around our table was clapping thier hands and aweing, I said YES very shyly (because all eyes were on us but I was melting with happiness on the inside, anybody eho knows me very well KNOWS I get so akward when I’m feeling shy lol ) people continued to clap and congratulate us. I was so shocked that he proposed to me in front of all these strangers and even had our waitress record the whole thing. It was truly surreal and a dream, I will be marrying my best friend of so many years.
