What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm, feel free to arrive around 4:00 pm. Please note that the venue will not be ready to serve food or beverages before the cocktail hour begins.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
For the Wedding Ceremony and Reception: We kindly request that guests dress in cocktail attire for our celebration. Cocktail attire is elegant and semi-formal. Think suits or dress shirts, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (knee length or longer), and formal separates. Please Avoid: Casual bottoms such as denim or cargo shorts, sneakers, flip-flops, or anything you'd wear to a backyard BBQ. If you plan to attend our Welcome Party on Friday July 18th, attire is casual - back yard BBQ attire is welcome :) We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your little ones! However, we’ve decided to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of immediate family. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax, enjoy the evening, and celebrate with us stress-free. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking available at our venue. If needed, vehicles can be left overnight in the parking lot.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, absolutely! Your comfort and safety are important to us. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure the catering team is aware.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have worked with Courtyard Traverse City to offer a discount, please see our 'Travel' section on our website. There are many hotels along US 31 and E Front Street - these may book up fast!
