Welcome Boat Party

Swimsuits & cover ups

We would love for you to join us at our Wedding Welcome Party! Please meet us at the Akumal lobby Sports Bar at 2:15pm for drinks before our transportation departs from Akumal Resort at 2:40PM! Our 65ft catamaran departs from Puerto Aventuras Marina at 3:30PM for a four-hour sail. We will be anchoring at the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef for an incredible evening of swimming and snorkeling! This is the second-largest barrier reef in the world, so we expect to see plenty of sea turtles and tropical fish! We will sail back during sunset and arrive back in the marina at 7:30PM. Transportation back to the resort is scheduled to depart from the marina at 7:45PM. There will be an open bar onboard as well as light bites. Please bring cash for tips, your ID, eco safe sunscreen, and your own towel (available for check out from your lobby) We can’t wait to welcome you all to our wedding weekend with a beautiful evening on the water! *A $20 port fee will be collected upon your check in at the Marina. This is unavoidable as it is state law, and we appreciate your understanding!*

Rehearsal Dinner

The Ceremony and Reception

3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Please make sure yall are ready in the Akumal lobby by 2pm Pick up service will leave Akumal Resort lobby promptly at 2:15PM If you miss the pick up, you will miss the ceremony so please don't be late The Ceremony will begin at 2:45PM at Tulum Beach Gazebo Pick Up to Ceremony 2:20PM Ceremony 2:45PM Cocktail Hour 3:30PM Shuttle back to Akumal 4:30PM Wedding Reception 5:30 - 9PM
