Question

What time should I be at the venue?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at the Adler Planetarium. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM, we kindly ask guests to arrive by 6:15 PM to allow time for seating and settling in before the celebration begins.

Question

What airports should I fly into?

Answer

Guests may fly into either Chicago O’Hare (ORD) or Midway (MDW). From O’Hare, take the CTA Blue Line into downtown Chicago, followed by a short rideshare or taxi to your hotel. From Midway, take the CTA Orange Line toward the Loop, then continue by rideshare or taxi. Taxis and rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are readily available from both airports and are often the most seamless option upon arrival.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire. We're envisioning a chic evening celebration that feels elegant, polished, and fun. Formal attire includes floor-length gowns, long dresses, dressy jumpsuits, tailored suits, or tuxedos. We invite guests to embrace the occasion with elevated attire that feels true to their personal style. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and ready to enjoy an evening of dining, dancing, and celebrating with us.
