Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony. Beginning at 6pm, ceremony will commence at 7pm.
The ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Although weather can be unpredictable at times, we have the option of having our ceremony indoors.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Deadline to RSVP will be May 7, 2021.
We understand many of you are concerned about COVID-19. We are hopeful that by our wedding day this pandemic will be over. But in any event that it is not, rest assured that we will follow guidelines such as social distancing and face coverings. We will be providing face masks, hand sanitizer, gloves, and wipes. If you feel more comfortable bringing your own mask, you can bring your own as well. If you have any other questions regarding COVID-19, please contact Rachel or Robert.
When you RSVP, if it says "plus one", then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Yes, cocktails and a full sit down meal will be served. We will also provide an open bar.
Yes, there is a vegetarian meal option, and we can be able to accommodate any diet restrictions. Please contact us ahead of time.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #rrsantana so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
