Will there be transportation provided for the Wedding Day?

Answer

There will be trolley transportation from Longboat Key Club for the Wedding Day Events. ▪ 4:15 PM Guest Transportation from The Resort at Longboat Key Club to Banyan Cove for Ceremony ▪ 6:30 PM Guest Transportation from Banyan Cove to Harbourside Lawn for Reception ▪ 11:00 PM Guest Transportation from Harbourside Ballroom to The Resort at Longboat Key Club ▪ 11:00 PM - 12:00 AM Guest Transportation from Whiskey Tavern to The Resort at Longboat Key Club from After Hours

Where do I park if I am driving to the Wedding?

Answer

Please park at The Resort at Longboat Key and take our provided trolley transportation for all wedding events. Trolleys will be shuttling beginning at 4:15pm until 4:40pm for our Ceremony beginning promptly at 5:00pm. You can park in the lot or valet!

What is the attire for the wedding day?

Answer

The attire for the wedding day is Black Tie Optional: Fashion Forward! Gentlemen, please wear a tux or suit. Ladies, full-length dresses with bold prints, bright colors, feathers, or statement details. The bride lives for a fashion moment—bring your best coastal couture. We will be on grass, so a block heel is recommended! Please visit the Wedding Events Tab for all information for the Wedding Day!

We love your kiddos—but this night’s just for the grown‑ups! Think of it as your official excuse for a parents’ night out: dancing, cocktails, and zero bedtime routines. Call the sitter, text the in‑laws, and get ready to celebrate kid‑free with us!
