We have reserved a room block at Sandos Finisterra. Please book your stay by TBD to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code TBD or mention the Bailey & Queen wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.

Answer

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from SJD via taxis/shuttles directly from our resort.

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will take place in the hotel where we reserved our room block and where guests will be staying, so no additional transport will be required for our guests. Our hotel location is directly across the street from Marina Cabo San Lucas, a five-minute walk from the vibrant, downtown area, and also easily accessible via ride-share services (Uber, Resort Taxis/Shuttles).

Answer

Our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that you wear a suit and tie. Alternatively, an evening gown or a midi or knee-length cocktail dress would be appropriate.

A 60-minute private cocktail hour will take place atop the Mountaintop Terrace between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy cocktails, mocktails, hors d’oeuvres and impeccable views of the Pacific Ocean and Marina Cabo San Lucas.

Answer

Our evening ceremony will be outdoors on the beach, while the private cocktail hour and reception will also take place outdoors atop the Mountaintop Terrace. Guests will walk to the beach on paved pathways, but will need to remove their shoes on sand briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

Expect sunny skies, with temperatures rising from the low 80s to low 90s during the daytime. Evenings are warm and pleasant, with lows typically residing in the mid-70s.

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout the private cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do invite you to remember, all drinks outside of the wedding-related events will also be included for the duration of your stay.

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding outside of the previously extended invitations, as we'd like to keep the guests list limited to those who know us well for a more special, intimate day. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Yes, photos are allowed during the entirety of the weekend.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 9719 W 83rd Terrace, Overland Park, KS 66212. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
