Brianna and Mike's love story began when Brianna responded to one of Mike's Hinge prompts, cleverly answering his question about if a straw has one hole or two with a fun fact about saving the turtles. They agreed to meet for a drink later that week, neither party realizing they were agreeing to a first date on Halloween. Mike chose a rather interesting bar, that to both of their surprises included a drag parade and a DJ dance party. Mike and Brianna quickly bonded over their ~wholesome~ interests: drinking, gambling, and truffle fries. A few short weeks and a ton of fun dates later, they knew they had found something truly special.

It all started with numerous walks through Central Park, disguised as walks for their puppy Callie, but in reality, it was Mike searching for the perfect proposal location. After much consideration, he eventually landed on the Hallet's Nature Sanctuary, which has a gorgeous private overlook of the city. After weeks of planning and struggling to evade Brianna's detective work, a walk through the park on the way to "brunch" lead to forever. The surprises for Brianna continued with a party on a NYC rooftop with friends and family who helped us celebrate and round out the the best day of our lives to date!
