Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our wedding weekend will take place at Trapp Family Lodge. If you would like to stay on property, we suggest booking early as it is a holiday weekend and they will be hosting two additional weddings so rooms will fill quickly. Alternatively, there are numerous other hotels, rental houses, and Airbnb's throughout Stowe. You can reference our travel page, or reach out to the Bride or Groom if you require any other suggestions/questions. They are happy to recommend!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is free parking available at Trapp Family Lodge

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony, Cocktail Reception, and Reception will all take place at Trapp Family Lodge so no transportation will be needed day of. If you are staying off property, driving a rental car or pre booking a taxi is highly recommended. Please refer to our Travel page for Taxi recommendations.

In the midst of all this uncertainty that 2020 and this global pandemic has brought, we feel blessed and ecstatic to be able to share our love and commitment to each other during our special day. It is our hope that we will be able to celebrate all together on September 4th with no concerns. With that in mind, we will prioritize the health and safety of our beloved guests, based upon the evolving state of the world. Please know that we, as well as Trapp Family Lodge, will adhere to any guidelines currently in place. If you have any questions/concerns in regards to your health and safety, please feel free to reach out to us or our venue.
