When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Monday September 1, 2024. If you plan to use our discount code for the room block, you will need to book by August 2, 2024.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we absolutely love your kids, we ask that you make accommodations for their care during this special weekend.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at Rush Creek Lodge for hotel guests.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering a shuttle service via golf cart from the entrance of Rush Creek up a decommissioned fire road to the ceremony site. Please be out front and ready for transport by 3pm. More details to come on exactly where to meet.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know the details when you RSVP. There will be some options available to those with food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

In a sense, both! Our ceremony will be held outside surrounded by pine trees in the Sierras. Keep in mind that it can be a little chilly and windy at the beginning of November so bring layers just in case. Our reception will be held in a covered hall with walls that open to a large outdoor terrace. We will be running fire pits as the sun sets and into the night. Heaters will also be an option, depending on need.
