Emily & Roy

We both grew up in Martinez, a year apart at Alhambra High, but without much interaction at that time.  Fast forward 12 years, and we found ourselves going to the same gym.  Roy  became very committed to the gym for some strange reason, wanting to be there every evening at a "specific time."  After getting up the courage to ask Emily out, we had our first date at Opa in Walnut Creek.  We both say the other fell in love that night, and we are both probably right.      

Roy was travelling often early on, which only made our feelings stronger.  Few moments went by without thinking about the next time we would be together.  Three months in we took a trip to Seattle together, cementing our relationship.  Since then we have travelled to Europe, survived quarantine together, and bought our dream home. 

In addition to a couple, we are best friends and always have a great time together no matter the activity.
