We're Getting Married!!

On 4th of July 2015 we attended a mutual friend's BBQ in Cardiff, CA. With as many friends as we had in common at this BBQ, it came as a surprise when we were introduced and realized we had never met before. Meeting early on at the BBQ made for a full day of fun, and getting to know each other. After a few runs down the slip n' slide, multiple American flag temporary tattoos, and a little liquid courage our story began and has only gotten stronger since that day.

Setting out on a week long road trip covering San Diego to Las Vegas, Ventura to San Luis Obispo, we made a quick pit-stop at our favorite beach in Goleta, Refugio State Beach. We had been to this beach in the past and completely fell in love with the private atmosphere and beautiful clear water. Of course, on this day, the beach was packed and in full swing for summer, So, instead of sitting where we usually do we took a walk down the beach. We were chatting, taking photos, and enjoying the views. We came to a look out where we could climb up so we climbed to the top to take in the view over the cove. After being up there a few minutes the words "the real reason I wanted to bring you here today...." were uttered and the rest is a blur! The day was warm and sunny, the water was crystal blue, and the only witnesses to our moment were two paddle boarders in the water. It couldn't have been more perfect <3
