Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and reception are both at the Excelsior in Lancaster, PA. The address is 125 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes we do! We have a number of rooms reserved at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square Hotel. You can reserve a room in our block for Thursday August 11, Friday August 12, or both nights for our group rate of $212/night + tax. If I'm staying at the Lancaster Marriott Hotel, where should I park?

Answer

You should park at the Penn Square Garage, the address is 28 S. Duke Street, Lancaster, PA 17602. The fee for this garage is $2/hour, $20/day and the valet parking option is $35/per day.

Is there parking at your venue?

Answer

Yes, the East King Street Parking Garage is the best parking option and it is right across the street from Excelsior. The address is 150 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602, and the parking fee is $5 for the evening. If you are staying at the Lancaster Marriott, the venue is about a 5 minute walk.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP online by Sunday June 26, 2022. To RSVP, go to the 'RSVP' tab of our website and fill out the form that is on the page. If you're having any issues, please email us at royandaliciawedding@gmail.com

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes we do! We are registered at Zola and Target. They're combined on the registry tab of our website :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know ASAP via our email address (royandaliciawedding@gmail.com) so we can let our catering team know.

Do you have a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We would love everyone to wear more formal attire. This means both suits and tuxes are welcome, as are gowns, cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, etc. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, and wearing all white :)

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, if your wedding invite is addressed to "and Guest" you are allowed a plus one. You will also be able to see how many are invited in your party on the RSVP section of our website after you type your name is. Please note you cannot invite more than one person.

Can I smoke at your venue?

Answer

We ask all of our guests to please refrain from smoking at our venue. Our contract restricts it and if anyone is caught smoking, we lose a retainer. If you need to smoke, please do it out on the street sidewalk away from our venue. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a shuttle between your hotel and venue?

Answer

There is not! The Lancaster Marriott hotel (our room block hotel) is about a 5 minute walk from the venue.
