When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to all events by July 17th

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The train leaves promptly at 3:15 pm. If you are not on the train, you will miss the ceremony. It is recommended that you arrive around 2:30 to make sure you are on time.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing a limited-service shuttle from the Hilton Santa Cruz/Scott's Valley (6001 La Madrona Dr, Santa Cruz, CA 95060), details coming soon. Uber/Lyft are widely available in the greater Santa Cruz area, as well as traditional taxi services.

Can I drive and park at the venue?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to park at the venue free of charge - just mention your are there for the Royal Wedding. Additionally, Roaring Camp will allow any of our guests to leave their car parked in the lot overnight to retrieve the next day.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless you have talked to the bride or groom separately, only the people listed on your invitation are included. There are so many amazing people that we want to celebrate this day with us, so thank you for understanding.

Will there be a vegan/vegetarian food option?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet-style BBQ for dinner, including several vegetarian and vegan dishes. We'll make sure everyone eats their fill.

Can I bring my flow toys?

Answer

We will have a big lawn to spread out and enjoy the summer evening, so bring all your outdoor toys. We will have games and hula hoops, so be ready to have some fun!

Will there be food and drinks available at the beach BBQ/bonfire?

Answer

We will be cooking up burgers and more all day and will have snacks and soft drinks available. Officially, there is a no-alcohol policy at Seabright beach but we will provide disposable cups if you elect to bring your own favorite beverages.
