Question

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Dressy-casual. We recommend dresses, button down shirts, and a tie or sport coat.

Question

Where is the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

Both are at Braeloch on Glenburn Farms in Vinton, Virginia.

Question

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, but please respect the photographers at work throughout the evening.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony starts.

Question

Do I need to mail the RSVP or can I fill it out online?

Answer

Either works for us, just let us know if you plan to attend by September 1st, 2018.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, but only for guests staying at Spring Hill Hotel & Suites.

Question

Could I/should I bring my young children/kids?

Answer

Take the night off! While we love people of all ages, due to space limitations we planned for an adults-only reception. We'd prefer the only children in attendance to be those who are part of immediate family and/or newborns (if you can't find a sitter!).

Question

Is there parking available on site for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking on site.

Question

Is the ceremony being held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, the reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will there be vegetarian and/or gluten-free food options?

Answer

Yes, we'll have food for vegetarians and the gluten-less!

Question

Where are you registered at?

Answer
