We're getting married!

Hill and Roxonna first met in February 2016 in Winston-Salem, but had a brief, short interaction where Hill bought her a drink that she absolutely hated. Disgusted by the cocktail they quickly parted ways then reconnected later that year, in a bar at Roxonna's birthday party where Roxonna was irked at an unknown interloper joining her planned festivities. Hill got an invite to join them the next morning (not from Roxonna) where they went to brunch with a group of friends where they sat at opposite ends of the room. Surprisingly, they exchanged numbers afterwards. They hung out a couple times in a group setting before Hill asked Roxonna out on their first date. The first date was sushi and a movie. The 2nd date Hill asked Roxonna over to cook for her - little did she know what an amazing cook Hill was! Yada yada yada, almost exactly 7 years later, Hill asked Roxonna to marry him!

Roxonna's family and closest friends are very important to her, so of course Hill had to make sure they were involved. He totally surprised and shocked Roxonna while she was on a walk with her two best friends, Hilda and Anna, and was standing in a park surrounded by her parents, their closest friends, and Tuco when he popped the question. It was the most perfect and special day!
