COVID-19 Statement from Roxanne and Zach: As much as we were hoping to be "in the clear" by 8/21, we understand the virus continues to be a valid concern for some of our guests - we continue to stay in close contact with our venues and will do the best we can to address all of our guests concerns in order to keep everyone as safe and comfortable as possible. Are Vaccinations Required In Order to Attend?

Answer

With NEW New York City mandates in effect starting 8/16, we recommend that everyone gets the vaccine prior to traveling to the city - this will ensure you have no issues with indoor dining etc. Both wedding venues have communicated their requirements and are as followed: SCAMPI NYC (DINNER): - All Dinner guests are required to show proof of vaccination OR a negative covid test ( results valid 8/20 or 8/21) -1 dose of the vaccine is acceptable -Rapid tests are acceptable with results usually within 15-20 minutes - Please send proof to Kelly Taylor: (479)721-5509 or Ketaylor0@gmail.com THE PENNY FARTHING (AFTER-PARTY) -All after-party guests are required to show proof of vaccination in order to enter -1 dose of the vaccine is acceptable -Picture of vaccination card is acceptable -You do NOT need to send proof to anyone prior to the event; just have ready with ID at the door
