Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

If you will be joining us at the intimate wedding celebration in Scottsdale, Arizona, we will be hosting a welcome dinner on October 9th. We would love to welcome you to Arizona and treat you to a delicious dinner. After the wedding we will be enjoying drinks at the resort bar which we welcome you to attend. For all friends and family, we will be hosting an after party in Austin, TX that all are invited to. Please see events page for more details.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we know wedding dates are the best kind of dates, we ask that you not bring anyone in addition to the allowed amount on your invitation. Due to the intimate wedding package with the resort, we only are allowed a certain amount of guests.

Do you have recommendations for stay & getting there?

Answer

Flying is the recommended travel for guests since its typically a 2 hour, 30 minute flight however Scottsdale is drivable. Its about a 15 hour drive and could be scenic if interested. October is a HOT month in Arizona so hotels/resorts/Air BnB's can fill up fast so we recommend reserving your stay soon. Whatever makes you feel comfortable we recommend. There are many resorts and hotels in Scottsdale that we recommend on the travel page.
