When and Where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by August 2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date.

What if I can't Make it?

Answer

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

I can't attend all events- is that okay?

Of course! Come when you can.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.

Can I bring kids?

Answer

We welcome your little ones! We just ask you keep an eye on them and remove them from the ceremony if they are disruptive.

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the best present of all and we are lucky to have all that we need. However, if you would like to get us a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon fund.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is western formal. Please do not wear white!

What will the weather be like?

Although we can't predict the weather temperatures in October in south Texas very year to year.

Where should I stay?

We have reversed hotel rooms for guest please refer our travel page for a list of hotel options.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving 15-30 minutes early.

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and ask that you so not use your cell phone during the ceremony. However, you are more then welcome to take photos and videos of the rest of the night!

Will There be an open bar?

Answer

The bar will be open during cocktail hour following the ceremony. After that, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. We suggest bringing cash.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10PM with a last dance for the bride & groom, and a final send off.

Can I smoke on the property?

Answer

The venue is a smoke free property. However you are welcome to smoke in the parking lot just outside of the venue.
