When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Under the registry tab of our website, you will find the link to contribute to our newlywed fund we plan to put into savings so we can start building a family and homestead together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm but the venue will be open and beverages will be available starting at 3pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code but general attire will be summertime semi-formal. Please make note the temperature will be in the 90's during the ceremony and will drop once the sun goes down. Umbrellas will be available for shaded cover during the ceremony.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus one invites are designated on the invitations. If you would like to bring a date but don't see a plus one on your invite, please contact the couple to ask.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, kids are welcome. Please RSVP to invitations for families with the number of children that will be attending. We are looking into hiring additional care and activities for kids during the event, so please feel free to reach out with additional questions directly to Cole or Roxanne.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a buffet style menu for dinner service, details can be found on your invitation. If you or anyone in your party has a dietary restriction or allergy that is not accommodated by the menu selections, please note it with your RSVP response and we will make arrangements with the chef to curate an accommodated meal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will both be held at Bandy Canyon Ranch. There are multiple parking lots on site, free of charge. The venue will also provide golf cart services for any guests needing additional assistance with mobility around the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation from the hotels will depend on the number of guests requesting it. We will coordinate with our planner and the guests who book in hotels closer to the date of the event to determine transportation plans for those staying off site.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There will be a welcome party on Friday night at the venue pool and a farewell brunch on Sunday morning at the venue lodge. Check out our Events Schedule tab on the website to see a full weekend schedule with details.
