They met where all great romances begin - at the office. Both of them new to New Jersey and their insurance careers, Roxanna and Austin connected over the trials of underwriting and office gossip. They eventually developed mutual friends in the area, and together explored Morristown and neighboring towns. Eventually they ventured to new, separate companies but a romance had already blossomed along with a connection that was undeniable.

On the fourth anniversary since they began dating, Austin had plans to take Roxanna to the restaurant where they had their first date. He had carefully planned to propose after dinner, but Roxanna had other plans. To Austin's dismay, she ended up canceling dinner as she was not feeling well. Nervous with anticipation and in a panic, Austin convinced her to come out with him anyway, and took her for tea and a stroll around the park in the center of Morristown. Meanwhile he had their friends, Ryan and Morgan Hanc, decorate the apartment with numerous candles. When they returned and entered the apartment, Roxanna was shocked and a little baffled, until Austin dropped on one knee. She still can't remember exactly what he said because she was so dizzy with joy! After making Austin sweat a little (she was in shock after all) she cried "YES" and they were engaged.
