Like so many couples these days, Roxana and Pouya found each other online. August 2023: Roxana had just taken the bar exam after graduating from law school and Pouya was settling into his new job in Los Angeles after graduating from business school. They were eager to meet after a few days of texting, and their first date was at JOEY in downtown LA. They found it so easy to talk to one another and planned the next date for just two days later, the next one just days after that, and the rest is history. Pouya proposed to Roxana in April of 2025 on a date night in Beverly Hills, and they were fortunate to celebrate the occasion for two weeks with their parents in Los Angeles.
