There are houses, duplexs and other options for large parties as well as hotel-like accommodations. All of these properties are also on the Kirkwood grounds, so you will be able to use the shuttle services to and from the venue. Flight

Sacramento International Airport

Sacramento Airport is the best airport to fly in/out of if you plan on taking your extended stay in the South Lake Tahoe area. For those coming straight to the wedding, Kirkwood Resort is about a 2 hours and 15 minute drive from Sacramento airport so please plan accordingly! The Hideout (our venue) is a little less than a 2 hour drive from the Sacramento airport for reference.

Flight

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

If you plan on taking your extended stay in the North Lake Tahoe area, Reno is the closer airport to fly into and the drive to our venue is a little more scenic around the lake than the drive from Sacramento. Both airports will take approximately 2 hours to get to/from Kirkwood Resort and The Hideout.

Shuttle Details

Shuttles will be available both Friday and Saturday. They will pick up at Kirkwood check-in lodge. Friday 8/2 - Open House 2 Shuttles Available (14 people/shuttle) 10:30 AM - 1st Pick Up from Kirkwood 5:00 PM - Last Pick Up from The Hideout Saturday 8/3 4 Shuttles available (14 people/shuttle) From Kirkwood to The Hideout 2 PM - 1st Shuttle Pick Up 3 PM - 2nd Pick Up 4 PM - Final Pick Up **For those able, we would love for you to come early. We will have snacks, drinks and games out for the early crowd!** From The Hideout to Kirkwood 8 PM - Shuttles are available anytime after 8:00 PM. There is no set schedule, there will be multiple vans picking up/dropping off throughout the evening. 1:30 AM - Last shuttle from The Hideout to Kirkwood *Shuttles will drop you off at your exact house/location late in the evening so please make sure you save or screenshot your address ahead of time* *Shuttles will have a carseat available for those who have small children and do not want to drive*
