How do I get to the Best Western Perth?

Answer

The quickest and simplest way is by driving (or by walking, if you are staying in Perth!). Please see the 'Travel' page for further details.

Is everything taking place at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception are all at the Best Western Perth.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking at the Best Western is limited to guests who are staying overnight. For guests who are not staying on-site, there are four free municipal parking lots in Perth. One is directly across the street from the Best Western, and the three others are within a 5 to 7-minute walking distance. They can be found at: https://www.perth.ca/media/ylydxoeq/parking-in-perth.png.

Will the wedding be taking place inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be (weather permitting) taking place outside, so please dress accordingly. The cocktail hour and reception will be primarily indoors, but we have access to a patio so guests can be outside at times if they would like.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Ottawa/ Ottawa Valley weather is notoriously unpredictable, so in truth - it could be anything! However, given it will be the tail-end of summer, we are hoping/ expecting a day in between 15 and 25 Celsius.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal.

Can I bring a date/ my children?

Answer

Due to limited numbers we are inviting exclusively those whose names are on the invitation. Please speak to either Rowen or Harman if there are any questions!

Are there options for those with dietary requirements?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will be able to select a meal. One of our options (pappardelle pesto) is vegan, and can be made gluten-free upon request. Please let us know if you require gluten-free. For the cocktail hour, we will have several dairy-free and vegetarian options. Please ask a server if you are unsure about the ingredients of an item.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

We do not have a registry. Truly, your presence at our wedding is more than enough and is the only thing we would ask for! However, if you would still like to give a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would be very appreciated.
