Flying The Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) is the closest and easiest airport. You may also fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) or Burbank Airport (BUR) and drive up the coast. The drive from Los Angeles is typically about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending upon traffic. Train For a scenic option, Amtrak services Santa Barbara, with the Santa Barbara train station located near downtown. Rental Cars While Santa Barbara is very walkable, if you would like to rent a car, both Avis and Enterprise have locations in downtown Santa Barbara Hotels As Santa Barbara is home to more hotels than we can list, we are not doing a block. The after party will be on State Street and/or the Funk Zone, so if you would like a short trip home, we suggest you book a hotel near one of those locations We do have a hotel link as well for where we will be staying and there’s a 15% discount from the normal rate.
