It all started with a joke... literally. Andrew’s first message to Claire was a single word: "Titanic." He followed it up immediately with, "sorry that was a bad icebreaker”. It worked! After a few weeks of talking, Andrew finally asked Claire out for their first date at Condado Tacos. In true Claire fashion, she was running a little late, making Andrew a bit nervous—but the wait was worth it. They hit it off immediately, bonding over their favorite TV shows and everything in between. Almost exactly six years to the day, Andrew proposed. During an early morning walk with their dog, Laszlo, Andrew led the way to a beautiful overlook in Eden Park and popped the question. Little did he know, Claire had scouted that exact spot when they first moved to Mt. Adams, thinking it would be the absolute perfect place for a proposal. We are so happy to be here today and cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
