Hello! Please know that check in is at 3pm - 30 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony. For early check in, please inquire with the hotel the day of the wedding. In addition, all reservations must be received by 11:59 on 12/01/2025 - reservations after this cut off date will he based on availability. A credit card is required at the time of booking to confirm the room reservation. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Shuttle

We want everyone to have fun and BE SAFE! That being said, there will be a shuttle from the hotel transporting people to and from the venue. Departures from hotel to venue on 1/09/26: 2:50pm and 3:10pm Departures from venue to hotel on 1/09/26: 9:30pm, 10:00pm, 11:00pm For those of you who wish to drive, you may leave your car at the venue until 10am on 1/10/26.
