How far is the church from the airport?

The church - Visitation of Our Lady - is approximately a 30 minute drive from the airport

How far is the Reception from the church?

Answer

Southport Hall is roughly 30-40 minutes from Visitation of Our Lady Church. There is ample free parking at both Visitation and Southport. Ubering is always an option, but if you were to drive/rent a car, there would be no worry about parking!

How long will the reception be?

Answer

The reception will start immediately after the Nuptial Mass at 7pm and will end promptly at 10pm.

Will I have a plus one with my invitation?

Answer

If you have a plus one, it will be designated in your invitation that you receive in the mail. Due to the reception hall contract, only those people who are designated to have a plus one will be specifically told. If it is not clear, please feel free to reach out to one of us to verify if you have one!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend booking hotels in the Metairie or Kenner area, which is near both the airport and the reception hall.
