It all started when we were just kids in 5th grade…we were in the same homeroom together which led us to become best friends not having any idea how much life had in store for us. Our friendship quickly grew into young love- a phone call on my parent’s house phone and a young boy with a quivering voice asking me to be his “girlfriend” circa 2007. We then were “the couple” all throughout our school years. But life had its own plans unfortunately. We went our separate ways after high school, spending years apart, growing, learning, and finding ourselves at the same time always having each other on our minds. There were different paths, different chapters, and a whole lot of life lived in between. Still, somehow, no matter where we went or what we went through, a piece of our story was never finished. And then, like it was always meant to be, life brought us back together. What we found wasn’t just the “young love” we once had- but something even stronger, deeper, and built to last. We chose each other again, this time with full hearts and a deeper understanding of what love truly means. Now, as we stand on the edge of forever, we know this journey was always leading us back to one another. After all these years…we are finally home. And this is only the beginning of our greatest chapter yet…as the future Mr. & Mrs.
